Centerville's annual Child Development Fair will be held on Thursday, March 28th in the Library. Development and School Readiness screenings will be provided for children ages 3-5 who are not currently enrolled in the Centerville School District. Families are encouraged to reserve their spot by calling the school at (605)-563-2291. 2/10/24: Both Varsity basketball teams will be playing in Classics tomorrow. The Boys will take on Philip @ 12 pm in the Corn Palace for the DWU Culvers Classic. A reminder that Parent-Teacher Conferences are coming up on Thursday, February 15th between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM. (Note that this is a change from the originally scheduled date.) This week is National School Counselors Week. The Centerville School District would like to thank Mrs. Lindstrom for ALL that she does for our students and staff. National School Counselor's Week is an annual event in the United States typically celebrated during the first full week of February. It's a time to recognize the contributions and vital role that school counselors play in the academic and personal development of students. These professionals provide support and guidance to students, helping them navigate academic challenges, social-emotional issues, career exploration, and more.

Overview: The Business Manager is a vital member of the administrative staff and plays a key role in school district finance, budgeting, and resource management with other duties as assigned. Qualifications: The candidate must have the skills and abilities essential in providing excellent fiscal leadership for the district with a preference on school business management or related experience.

1/25/24: Great night of basketball tonight! Come out and watch mini twisters at halftime of the Varsity Girls game. You can watch the 3-5th grade buddy basketball games at halftime of the Varsity Boys game. There will also be the duck toss at halftime sponsored by CHS Staff. $5 a duck closest to the center wins $100. All other proceeds will go to Kobee Sherman's family.
