A reminder that Parent-Teacher Conferences are coming up on Wednesday, October 25th between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM. Conferences are scheduled for this one day only. Parents of elementary students should use the following link to sign-up for a time slot. Elementary parents who are not signed up by the end of the day on Thursday, October 19th will be assigned a time slot. Parents of middle school/high school students are encouraged to stop and visit teachers between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM.

Marching band competition will be live-streamed on Sioux Valleys YouTube channel. Competition starts at 10:30 am.
10/13 Friday the 13th doesn't scare the Tornadoes. Marching band will be at Volga today for their final competition of the season. The event will be held in the Sioux Valley gym. No word on livestream but we will try to see if we will be able to Facebook live it. Order of competition attached.
10/12 Plenty of Volleyball action tonight. Centerville Tornadoes will take on the Avon Lady Pirates. Game times are listed as follows:
4 pm 8th grade Purple gym
5 pm 7th grade Gold gym C team Purple gym
6th grade immediately after 7th in the Gold gym
6:15 pm JV game
Immediately after Mini twisters will perform
Followed by Volleyball and Cross Country Senior recognition with parents
7:30 pm (approximately) Varsity Volleyball

The JH and HS Marching Bands will be traveling to Menno tomorrow(Friday Oct. 6th) for their Marching Competition. The Band Day starts at 10:00 down main street. The JH band will be hitting main street around 10:15 and the HS will be around 11:20. Come over to Menno and cheer on your Centerville Tornado Marching Band.
The Centerville School District is currently looking for substitute teachers, activity bus drivers, and substitute route bus drivers.
The district will pay for training and testing to obtain school bus driver certification.

Congratulations to the Centerville HS Band on their first place finish yesterday in Arlington. Both the MS and HS bands will be marching today in Beresford. The event will be livestreamed with the first band going around 9:45 AM. GO TORNADOES!

Today will be another busy day. The marching band will have their first high school competition in Arlington, SD. We will be the 20th band in the festival. Good luck to them!
JH Football will take on Gayville-Volin today in a rescheduled game starting at 3:30 pm.
