The Elementary Christmas concert is tonight at 7pm in the gold gym. Kindergarten through 4th grade students are asked to report to their classroom at 6:45. Concert attire is appreciated.
Our Oral Interp students had a great day yesterday at the competition at Mount Marty. There were two round in which they had to perform their pieces and try to score high enough to make the final round. Well, they all made finals!! Addyson Brandsrud made finals with her serious piece but unfortunately did not place. However it was a big deal to even make finals!
The Reader’s theater team of Cole, Luke, Jaelynn, Averie and Anna scores 1st place in each of the first two rounds to make finals. They performed really well and earned 2nd place beating out around 11 other schools (from class B, A and even AA)!!!
If you see any of these students today please tell them congratulations!
The Junior Class is hosting a parents night out babysitting event. They will be babysitting on December 14th from 5:00-9:00 pm. Waivers are due back by December 11th. If you have questions, please contact Tiffany.Davis@k12.sd.us

Junior High Girls Basketball will travel to Scotland today. Games will start at 4 pm they will have 3 games again.
Any boy interested in playing High School Basketball there will be a meeting after school today 11/19/19 in the purple gym. After the meeting they will have open gym.

Congratulations to Hunter and Hayden Ellis for being named All Conference first team and Gavin Gibney received Honorable Mention. Hunter Ellis also was given Academic All-State for working hard in the classroom!!

Each month the NHS students choose a staff member of the Centerville School District for "Educator of the Month," for the previous month. Educators are chosen for their commitment to scholarship, leadership, service, and character.
