We will host Tornado Friday the first week of school on August 28th! We look forward to allowing students to receive 1-1 and small-group instruction! Teachers have coordinated with families of elementary students they intend to work with. Parents/Guardians can now sign up their student for available time slots if they would like to come in and receive instruction. Please limit your signup to 1 spot per child unless arranged with the teacher. This will help ensure groups are small enough for teachers to provide high-quality, individualized instruction.
As a reminder, MS/HS students have an open door policy to come and go whenever it is convenient for them.
If you have questions as you fill this out, please feel free to reach out to us at the school! GO TORNADOES!!!

My name is Becca McIlvenna. I will be a para at the school this year. My children are Gus and Grace, who have both graduated. Beebs (11th), Maddie (9th), Sam (7th), Cena (5th) and Bine (2nd) who will all be attending Centerville School this year. In my free time I enjoy hiking, being outdoors with my family and attending my children's sporting events.
I have been a stay at home mom for twenty years. I have spent some of those years homeschooling. I am looking forward to being part of the Centerville School this year.

Hello! I'm Megan Shubeck and I will be a teacher's aide this coming school year. I held this position previously in Centerville along with being an assistant track coach prior to the birth of my youngest son. Now that he is in school full-time I'm excited to be back in the school working with students. My background is in math education so that is naturally my favorite subject to assist students with! My husband John is currently the head track coach and I enjoy helping out there when I can. Triple jump is my favorite event to coach.
John and I live on a farm just outside of town with our 4 kids who all attend Centerville. Emery will be a junior, Eli a freshmen, Anna 6th grade, and Audie 1st grade. When I'm not running around to kids' events and activities I enjoy finding time to lift weights, hike, mountain bike, or really anything that can let me be active outside.

My name is Jamey Strom, and I am excited to return this year as the Title I teacher. I have 14 years of teaching experience in a variety of elementary contexts, and I most recently taught first grade in Centerville for five years before taking some time away to stay home with our three daughters, Addy, Elly, and Cally. My husband Peter works for Beck’s Hybrids seed company. I enjoy reading, quilting, trips to the Black Hills, and being involved with my church. I am excited to reconnect with the students, staff, and families of the Centerville School District and to support the elementary students and teachers for another great year of learning and growth!
